Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for the ReviewSpark platform operated by Exorous (trading as ReviewSpark), accessible at https://reviewspark.online.

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for ReviewSpark. Paddle is responsible for billing and, where applicable, for processing refund requests on our behalf.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

2. Refund Eligibility

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Because the Service is available immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

However, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or an unintended renewal).
• You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment and have not materially used the paid features of the Service.
• A technical failure on our part prevented you from accessing the Service for a significant portion of the billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@reviewspark.online with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your ReviewSpark account
• The date and amount of the charge
• A brief reason for your request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and promptly.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and reflected in the effective date above.
